Delete your Worksauce account
This page explains how to delete your account for the Worksauce app and the Worksauce web app, provided by Worksauce Pty Ltd.
Delete it yourself. Sign in at app.worksauce.com.au, go to Settings → Account and choose Delete Account. We'll email you a link to confirm, and your account is deleted when you open it.
Or ask us. Email tech@worksauce.com.au from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
What we delete: your login, name, email address and push notification tokens.
What stays: Team Chat messages you sent stay in their conversations without your name. You can delete your own messages before deleting your account. Records your employer must hold under workplace laws (timesheets, pay and roster records) belong to your employer. Billing records are kept for 7 years, and copies stay in backups for up to 35 days.
Business owners: to close your whole organisation and delete all of its data, go to Settings → Organisation and choose Delete Organisation, or email tech@worksauce.com.au. You have 30 days after your subscription ends to request a data export, as set out in our Terms.
