"Was everyone paid correctly last week?"
The Awarditor has already checked the pay run against the Award, person by person, and kept the calculations.
Award compliance →Worksauce connects to the rostering, payroll and point-of-sale systems you already run, then shows you what every staff member is legally entitled to and what your labour is costing you right now.

Works with Tanda, Deputy, Employment Hero and Xero, plus Square or Lightspeed for sales.
Labour %, Sales and Wages for the day so far, beside the latest pay calcs. This is the screen most Owners leave open.
Every pay period checked: what each staff member should have been paid, what they were paid, and the gap. Underpayment is calculated and the report is ready to export.
Labour cost as a percentage of revenue, live, against your own target. When a site exceeds the plan, the Manager on shift hears about it immediately.
Sales history, bookings and the weather build tomorrow's forecast hour by hour, and Worksauce suggests a roster to match. On the day, it tracks labour against that forecast minute by minute.
Sales, forecast, wages and labour % side by side, so you know which site needs a check-in while there's still trade left to save.
Live hours and breaks for the people actually on shift, with timecards you can correct on the spot, direct from Worksauce.

Worksauce answers both from the same data. Here is what that looks like in an ordinary week.
"Was everyone paid correctly last week?"
The Awarditor has already checked the pay run against the Award, person by person, and kept the calculations.
Award compliance →"Sales have dropped off. Who should go home first?"
Labour cost against sales, live, with the people behind the number and how long they've been on.
Operational intelligence →"Has anyone told Ben to take his break?"
Messages and nudges go to who is actually on shift, so the break, the announcement or the change doesn't depend on someone looking at the time.
Team Comms →"If staff are underpaid, I'm accountable."
Compliance reports are already there, for every staff member and every pay period, with backpay worked out.
How the Awarditor checks →Worksauce reads your staff from the systems you already use and proposes an Award, classification, employment type and allowances for each one. You check the list and correct whatever looks off, in plain English.
From your systems to a report in four steps. After that, every pay run is checked as it lands.
Connect your systems and confirm each staff member's Award and classification.
Every shift costed against the Award: penalties, overtime, allowances, breaks.
Calculated against paid, by person and by pay period.
Back-pay worked out, and checks on every pay run from then on.
Illustrative figures
Worksauce started inside a business that had to move a large workforce onto modern Awards, and found that no payroll system could model them properly. So the people doing the work built the model themselves.
The model was checked against years of past pay, then tested in due diligence, where external accountants endorsed the approach. Spreadsheets don’t scale, so the model became code: the Awarditor. Today it’s Worksauce.
We believe that data should do more than just sit in a dashboard. It should drive decisions, improve operations, and create better experiences for everyone.
It's an interview, not a form. It asks what it needs to know about your business and your people, and stops when it has enough.
We'll walk you through it with your own Award and your own systems in mind.
